Swift Construction is a NSW licensed builder delivering structural, excavation, civil and residential construction for clients across the commercial, industrial, residential and civil sectors.
Based in the Norwest Business Park, Swift Construction works with developers, head contractors, businesses and home owners throughout Greater Sydney. Our scope ranges from site preparation and bulk excavation through to structural concrete, stormwater infrastructure, pavements and complete residential builds.
Our reputation has been built on technical capability, careful planning and a commitment to delivering what we promise. We bring the same discipline to a single house slab as we do to a large industrial floor: a clear program, a safe site and work completed to the drawings, the specification and the relevant Australian Standards.

More than two decades of experience
Swift Construction was founded on experience gained over more than 24 years on Sydney construction sites. Working across every stage of the ground-level works, from site cuts and drainage to formwork and concrete, our team saw first-hand how much of a project's success is determined before anything rises above ground.
That understanding shaped the business. Swift was established to take responsibility for the ground-level package as a whole, planning excavation, stormwater and concrete together so that levels, falls and structural details are right from the outset.
From that foundation the company has grown steadily. Today Swift delivers house slabs, driveways and new homes in Sydney's growth corridors alongside pits, hardstands and warehouse floors on major commercial and industrial sites, while retaining the hands-on, director-led approach on which the business was built.

Early engagement
We review drawings, levels and site conditions before pricing, identifying risks and opportunities early so that our quotes are accurate and our programs are achievable.
Integrated delivery
Excavation, drainage and concrete are coordinated by one team under one program, reducing interfaces between trades and keeping a single party accountable for the outcome.
Open communication
Clients deal directly with the director throughout the project, with regular progress updates and early notice of anything that may affect time or cost.

Chirag Patel leads Swift Construction and is personally involved in every project the company undertakes, from the initial site inspection and estimate through to programming, delivery and handover.
