Civil works are what make a site function: stormwater that drains where it should, ground that is properly compacted, and pavements that carry the traffic they are designed for. Swift Construction delivers these works for commercial, industrial and residential projects.
We build to the civil and stormwater drawings, setting out pits and pipes to grade and checking falls before anything is backfilled. Earthworks are placed and compacted in layers to the specified levels, ready for slabs, pavements and hardstands.
Because we also deliver the excavation and structural works, we can plan the civil package around them. That avoids clashes between drainage and footings and gives you one contractor responsible for how the whole site performs.
